The plenary hall for surgeons will be conducted in English. There will be a couple of parallel halls primarily for Nutritionists and Psychologists which will be convened in Hebrew.

It should be understood that such an invitation is only meant to assist participants in raising travel funds or obtaining a visa and does not represent a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee or Target Conferences.
PASSPORTS, VISAS AND COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS
Foreign guests, prior to booking your flight ticket, please ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months prior to departure from Israel. Participants from some countries require a visa to enter Israel. We suggest that you check this with your travel agent or on the website of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
With regard to Covid-19, kindly check this site which is continually updated. In general, all FDA/EMA vaccines as well as Sputnik-v are recognized. The requirement is that one has had two doses (or one in the case of J&J) and at least 14 days have passed since the date of the 2nd vaccination and no more than 180 days prior to the date of departure from Israel, or one is vaccinated with a booster dose 14 days prior to arrival in Israel.
One must have a PCR test and complete an entry form prior to arriving in Israel. Kindly check the website for the Entry Statement Form and check requirements for your homebound country prior to your departure from Israel.
Direct flights exist from most major airports in North America, Europe, India, China, Thailand and Africa, by El Al Israel Airlines as well as by other international carriers. It is recommended to book your international air travel to/from Ben Gurion International Airport (Tel Aviv) with your local travel agent and/or on the internet.

CLIMATE AND CLOTHING
The weather in Tel Aviv and Herzliya in April is usually hot during the day with an average temperature of around 26°C and around 12°C at night.
Clothing is informal for all occasions.
Personal travel and luggage and insurance is recommended. Health insurance as well as a hospital plan in case of Covid-19 is required for entry into Israel.
